Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects within industrial and residential sectors to meet project goals.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and peers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports to track project status.
- Utilize Microsoft Project to schedule tasks, monitor timelines, and manage project resources effectively.
- Apply AutoCAD software skills to review and interpret construction drawings and plans for project alignment.
Required competencies and certifications
- Safety Course for Project Manager certificate (essential for safe and compliant project management)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or diploma in construction disciplines (preferred for technical knowledge).
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in the construction industry (preferred for practical understanding).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (preferred for project scheduling and tracking).
