SITE ENGINEER

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements

. Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details

. To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues

. Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective faade elements according to construction drawings

. Coordinate with Main Contractor, Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues

. Monitor and update daily project/site progress report

. Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities

. Arrange & Coordinate Site Testing and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE

. Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources

. To assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works.
• Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Well in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office software.
• Team player with positive attitude willing to learn.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and above.
• Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)
