Roles & Responsibilities
- Excellent at reading and understanding construction plan and drawings
- To supervise projects onsite ensuring work adhere to safety regulations, work schedule and progress and quality
- To coordinate closely with Main Contractors,Sub-contractors on work progress
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and workers on daily activities, and ensure all site workers comply to safety policies and regulations
- Ensure that the relevant information is communicated to direct reports and sub-contractors to enable them to effectively carry out their duties.
- To conduct risk assessment at sites to identify for any potential source of risks and recommend and take reasonably practicable steps to eliminate the risk
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (M&E) or equivalent.
- Preferably with some exposure to Construction industry
- Min 3 years working experience in M & E Engineering works (permanent position)
- Prior working experience with Cleanroom for semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry will be highly advantageous
- Possessed own transport & Class 3 / Motorbike driving license
- Good communication skills, able to interact with all levels
- Enable to communicate and read Mandarin
- Immediate or Short notice preferred
- Working location: Tampines, Pioneer or Woodlands
- May required to work whole day on Saturday
- Salary will commensurate base on experience and qualification
