Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input for project designs, drawings, and operating parameters oversee construction engineering activities.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and updated drawings.
- Support project cost control within budget through value-based procurement, efficient equipment use, and compliance with spares/scrap processes.
- Assess geotechnical conditions (e.g. soil conditions, CPT) to identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Manage and ensure timely submission of project documentation, including progress reports, claims, site diaries, and QA/QC records.
- Prepare cost calculations, financial projections, and accurate project finance and work-related reports.
- Implement global QA/QC and HSEQ programs to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate work schedules with the Project Manager and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in ground improvement
- A valid Supervise Construction Work for WSH certificate will be preferable
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point), Ms Project, AutoCAD
