SITE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Project Execution

   • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

   • Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

2. Technical Coordination

   • Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.

   • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure proper execution of works.

3. Quality Control

   • Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality standards.

   • Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets engineering and safety requirements.

4. Progress Monitoring

   • Track project progress and report site activities to the Project Manager.

   • Assist in preparing site reports, work schedules, and progress updates.

5. Site Safety Compliance

   • Ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.

   • Promote safe working practices and ensure workers follow safety procedures.

6. Material & Resource Management

   • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of construction materials.

   • Monitor equipment and manpower usage at site.

7. Problem Solving & Site Coordination

   • Identify site issues and provide technical solutions.

   • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical or construction problems efficiently.
