Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project as designated by the Project Manager.
Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
Liaise with client's representatives on site and with all subcontractors.
Conduct inspections and checks on work performed by all subcontractors.
Ensure that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by for all construction.
Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification recognized by IES.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in projects with deep basement of at least 10m deep, structural steel construction, or conserved building restoration.
Minimum of 3 years design experience in steel structure
