Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Management: Oversee daily operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure construction aligns with design plans and specifications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice, interpret blueprints, and solve engineering problems that arise.
- Setting Out & Surveying: Utilize precision instruments to mark out structural features, including foundations, drains, and roads.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and safety regulations (e.g., WSH).
- Project Planning & Reporting: Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and report on costs and timelines to project managers.
- Resource Coordination: Liaise with vendors to manage the procurement and logistics of materials and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or construction-related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying instruments, and structural design software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and building materials.
- Must have driving license
