Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare progress reports and document project developments.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Assist in material management and procurement.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software is a plus.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of relevant construction site experience (can adjust as per requirement).
