The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations, particularly in the installation and maintenance of doors and related hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of door installation crews at various job sites.
- Ensure all projects meet safety standards and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Oversee the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring all necessary equipment is on-site and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installation or site work.
- Manage and report on daily progress, including any delays or changes in scope, to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any changes to project scope.
- Train and mentor junior staff and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized site at all times.
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project specifications.
