Job Summary
Support project management by coordinating technical meetings, managing documentation submissions, and supervising site activities to ensure timely project delivery and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of on-site and off-site technical meetings to resolve project issues and align stakeholders
- Manage submission of shop drawings and related documents to consultants and authorities to secure approvals
- Monitor and report work progress through regular site inspections and meetings during project construction phases
- Apply problem-solving skills to maintain project schedules and achieve key milestones
- Supervise site operations and coordinate effectively with sub-contractors, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee project performance during the defects liability period to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage all activities related to ongoing and new projects to achieve final closure with customers
- Coordinate resolution of issues and challenges with customers and other relevant parties to maintain project momentum
- Demonstrate resilience under pressure while managing multiple tasks and coordinating diverse teams
- Apply knowledge of road, drainage, external, structural, and other civil engineering works to support project execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, and project scheduling software
- Minimum 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
