Job Description & Requirements
- Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the Arrangement of work
- Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works
- Handling technical and engineering problems on site
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
- Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by the Company.
