Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in both on-site and off-site meetings related to technical matters
- Prepare and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants and relevant authorities
- Coordinate and monitor site work progress, including conducting regular site inspections and attending project meetings
- Support project execution to ensure work progresses according to schedule
- Perform site supervision and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
(e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS) - Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willing to work a 5.5days work week
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens
