Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to project schedule, safety standards, and technical specifications.
Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality to meet engineering and regulatory requirements.
Resolve technical issues on site and provide engineering support to subcontractors and workers.
Check and review construction drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities for project matters.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation required by project management.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination and implementation of construction works.
Job Requirements
At least 2-4 years of relevant site supervision or construction experience preferred.
Knowledge of civil engineering works, construction processes, and site coordination.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and workers.
Able to work independently and handle site issues under minimal supervision.
Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations is an advantage
