Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct site supervision of structural and architectural works.
- Coordinate with various construction trades, as well as the RE & RTO.
- Perform project planning, documentation, and execution of on-site works.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, attend weekly progress meetings, and monitor work progress on site.
- Prepare and submit architectural material samples and shop drawings to consultants or clients for review and approval.
- Must possess good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial, HDB or condominium building projects.
