SITE ENGINEER

Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

. Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

. Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.

. Attend weekly or monthly meeting with subcontractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.

. Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

. Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.

. Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities requirements.

. Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants and carrying out site inspection.

. Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.

. Resolving and technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

Job Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or any recognised construction related field qualification.

. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in local construction industry and work at site location would be advantageous.

. Willing to work for 6days per week.

. Able to speak in Mandarin and English as in liaise to speak with Mandarin and English speaking clients ,stakeholders and colleagues.

. Possess positive attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Able to work in a team and independently.

. Able to supervise and lead the team members.
