Site Engineer (Civil / Infrastructure Projects)

About:

This role will be responsible for site coordination, construction supervision, and ensuring works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities in line with the master and detailed work programme
• Oversee daily construction works and ensure progress meets project timeline and quality standards
• Liaise with Professional Engineer (PE) on temporary works and technical matters
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Prepare method statements, reports, and relevant technical documentation
• Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and site cleanliness
• Monitor workforce productivity and provide guidance to supervisors and workers
• Identify and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of site coordination, construction methods, and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced site environment
