Site Engineer (Civil Infrastructure)

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work.
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works.
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle of technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Supervise tunneling operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards in construction practices and materials used.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of working experience, preferably in LTA projects
• Experience in managing D/wall and Borepiling and Tunneling Projects.
• Experience in managing ERSS and Structure and Tunneling Projects
• Experience in managing under pinning work.
