Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocations, and budgets to guide successful project execution
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define clear project objectives and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project goals
- Review and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, codes, and safety guidelines to uphold quality and safety
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify that construction work meets project requirements and standards
- Promote a collaborative work environment by facilitating communication and problem-solving among project teams
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for stakeholders and clients
- Respond promptly to client concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
