Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate site works to ensure timely completion and resolve drawing discrepancies to maintain project accuracy
- Liaise effectively with consultants and subcontractors to address technical and quality issues
- Work independently and contribute as a key member of the Site Management team to support project objectives
- Identify potential and actual problems affecting site schedules and recommend practical solutions to relevant teams
- Review drawings for conflicts with Structural and M&E disciplines and coordinate with consultants to resolve issues
- Monitor work progress against baseline schedules and prepare daily records and monthly site progress reports
- Prepare, submit, and monitor technical documents including drawings, method statements, and shop drawings
- Ensure all site works comply with safety standards and manage workers to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities and site coordination
- Manage general on-site technical and engineering matters to support project delivery
- Implement quality control measures to uphold project standards
- Coordinate work activities with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Arrange inspections of works to verify compliance with specifications and quality requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications to support documentation and reporting
- Preferable skills in AutoCAD for technical drawing review and preparation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of site or relevant working experience
- Experience in LTA projects to add value through relevant project exposure
