Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating of the project to meet targeted completion timelines.
Coordinate and monitor work progress on-site through regular inspections and participation in meetings.
Lead site coordination and execution activities related to the construction project.
Ensure that construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems are carried out in accordance with construction plans and design drawings.
Assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager in managing sub-contractors and handling on-site technical and engineering matters.
Lead and supervise a team of site supervisors and engineers to ensure that projects are executed in compliance with company operating procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in building projects within a main contractor environment.
Able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with various disciplines and consortium partners.
Technically proficient with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous in drawing review, preparation, and documentation.
