Job Title: BIM Modeler / Construction Site Engineer

YOE: 7+

Location: Singapore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller / Site Engineer to support large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and be proficient in using BIM tools across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.

Support project teams with BIM implementation, coordination, and clash detection.

Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM deliverables.

Conduct model reviews using various BIM software and generate reports for project coordination.

Participate in design and construction coordination meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of working experience in design engineering, construction, or IDD project management.

At least 5 years of hands-on BIM experience, with prior roles as a Project-level BIM Manager and BIM Modeller in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Successfully completed at least one full project cycle (design or construction phase).

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Certified with Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA Academy) and/or other recognized BIM authoring software courses by authorized training providers. Alternatively, certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2).

Proficient in BIM software such as: Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, Bentley Software, etc.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
