Responsible for maintaining EHS management system documents, formulating and revising relevant SOPs, and managing departmental documents and records.
Maintain good communication and coordination with heads and managers of various departments to ensure the effective operation of the EHS management system.
Participate in organizing related EHS training and activities.
Perform on-site EHS supervision and inspection duties; conduct on-site inspections, special inspections, and regular internal audits, suggest corrective measures and track their implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive EHS inspection system, conduct EHS inspections of the production site, and promptly correct any identified issues.
Responsible for conducting comprehensive safety inspections, supervision, and management of contractors.
Diligently maintain and inspect firefighting equipment, update and replace various safety signs in a timely manner, and ensure that all firefighting equipment is in good working condition.
Issue various EHS work permits and perform on-site supervision as required.
Propose corrective measures for unsafe equipment and hazards, and ensure the implementation of these measures.
Participate in and lead the safety analysis of new equipment, and lead the selection of safety protective equipment.
Participate in formulating safety plans for company maintenance, shutdowns, and startups, and supervise the implementation of safety measures.
Establish and maintain an emergency response system, and organize emergency response drills.
Assist with various customer audits and achieve various annual EHS targets set by the department.
Responsible for the execution, evaluation, approval within the authority scope, and effectiveness evaluation of the company's EHS change management.
Manage the reporting, investigation, correction, tracking, and evaluation of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Participate in hosting inspections from relevant government departments and maintain relationships with these government departments.
Perform other assigned tasks.

Work experience: 3 years or more
Professional background: Chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, process engineering, or safety management
