Job Summary

Lead and coordinate construction site activities by collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery. Manage technical issues, resolve site challenges, and supervise teams to maintain high standards in building construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination with consultants and subcontractors to align project requirements and deliverables
  • Identify required materials and technical details from consultants and coordinate with contractors to secure timely submission and approval of drawings and construction details
  • Plan, organize, and manage site activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
  • Assess project team competencies and resolve anticipated site challenges to maintain continuous progress
  • Collaborate with consultants to address technical, design, and coordination issues, ensuring alignment with project specifications
  • Detect and report discrepancies in drawings and designs to the Owner or consultant for prompt resolution
  • Supervise and control workers on-site, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining site cleanliness and order
  • Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure quality standards and schedule adherence are consistently met

Required Competencies And Certifications

  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by BCA
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the local building construction industry
  • Minimum 1 year of BIM coordination experience in a design, engineering, or construction firm

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

  • Strong independent working capability with effective communication skills
