The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the site to ensure programs, services, and staff run smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating schedules, supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive experience for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate daily site operations and ensure activities align with organizational goals
Serve as the main on-site point of contact for staff, clients, vendors, and partners
Schedule and supervise staff, volunteers, or contractors as needed
Monitor site compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain accurate records, reports, attendance logs, and documentation
Support program implementation and troubleshoot operational issues
Communicate regularly with management regarding site needs, challenges, and progress
Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
Ensure the site is clean, organized, and properly equipped
Preferred Skills
Experience supervising staff or volunteers
Familiarity with compliance, safety, or regulatory requirements
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Customer service or community-facing experience
