Scheduling the workers and make sure instructions are carried out properly
Attend site meeting
Monitor & keep track of the site work progress to ensure meet schedule & quality standard & efficient manner
Report daily site progress to Site Manager
Coordinate, communicate among team members, customers, and contractors and ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawing/specification
Enforce site safety rules and MOM regulations
Requirement:
Min 1 year of experience in a supervising position
Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing
Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels.
