- Administer site documentation and purchase orders, ensuring accurate records and compliance with project and company procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel, enabling smooth daily site operations.
- Liaise with head office and project stakeholders to obtain, process, and submit required documents in a timely manner.
- Control, maintain, and regularly update project document inventories to ensure organization, traceability, and audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in site administration or document control in construction.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
