We have a vacancy to be a part of a prestigious project in Singapore. As a Site Administrator, based on site, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administration support to the business group and its members at site.

This position is a 2-year contract, with possibility of renewal.

. Conduct on-site induction for new starters arrange security passes, workstations and onboarding logistics.

. Manage site team timesheets: compile weekly entries, prepare summaries and submit to HQ for processing and invoicing.

. Monitor site team leave balances and coordinate HR/admin matters with HQ.

. Organise and support project meetings, workshops and events, including logistics and materials.

. Take and distribute meeting minutes and track action items.

. Administer document control: receive, register, route and track technical drawings and documents (RFIs, NCRs, etc.).

. Maintain accurate project registers and approved document/drawing records generate document-control reports.

. Manage information flow between with HQ, client, and project stakeholders, ensuring timely distribution.

. Maintain hard-copy and electronic filing systems and ensure documents are uploaded to the online DMS.

. Provide general site administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Is this role right for you

. Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred.

. Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative work in Construction industry.

. Strong organizational and document management skills.

. Able to communicate effectively with the site and head office staff.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.

. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

. Able to work under fast paced requirements.

. Work Schedule: 5.5 day work week.

. Project site location: construction site office at Marina Bay/Bayfront.

. Expected start date of employment: 1 April 2026
