Job Summary
Manage site office administration and coordinate documentation, workforce attendance, procurement tracking, and communication to support smooth construction project operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations at the site office to ensure efficient project support
- Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and version control for all project records to ensure compliance and accessibility
- Record and monitor workers attendance to ensure adherence to site requirements and labor regulations
- Track materials, delivery orders, and purchase documentation to support procurement and inventory management
- Coordinate communication between site team, subcontractors, and head office to facilitate timely information flow and issue resolution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative or construction experience
- Ability to work comfortably in a construction site environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive communication and coordination skills
