Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Public Relation Programme to meet the project goals ;
  • Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints ;
  • Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders ;
  • Generate reports on feedbacks/complaints received ;
  • Draft publicity materials including circulars ;
  • Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls ;
  • Support Project Team with administrative / clerical duties ;
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Public Relations / Communications or related field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in related field
