Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team If so, we want you to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our training processes. This is your chance to be part of a team that values efficiency, collaboration, and growth!

Help first-time migrant domestic workers (MDWs) get inducted in Singapore so that they can better adapt to the cultural and social expectations of being a MDW in Singapore.

Educate first-time MDW on various topics such as:

1. Introduction to Singapore.
2. Employment Conditions.
3. Safety at Home.
4. Safety in other areas.
5. Relationship and stress management.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School or GCE O Level qualification or higher.
• Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, with a passion for teaching and helping others.
• Language Skills: Native fluency in one of the following languages-Tagalog / Burmese / Mizo / Chin / Bahasa Indonesia
• Teaching Abilities: Comfortable conducting training sessions in both your native language and English, creating a supportive and clear learning environment.
• Training Provided: Don't worry if you're new to this comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success!
• Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) ready to make a positive impact.
