ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the Company is to bring the transcendent sports spirit into everyone's life. ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, MAIA ACTIVE and JACK WOLFSKIN, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual wholesale, distribution and franchise business plans for Singapore, Australia and Sri Lanka, aligned with the overall corporate strategy and local market priorities.
- Provide strategic guidance to business partners, ensuring their commercial targets, operational plans and investment decisions are consistent with company objectives.
- Establish and refine wholesale operating standards for the markets; continuously monitor adherence and drive operational excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of company retail standards across partner stores, ensuring consistent brand presentation and service experience.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis of partner performance; support the creation of brand activations, in-store promotions and commercial initiatives; coordinate execution to ensure alignment with brand requirements.
- Supervise partners reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely operational data for inventory control, merchandising decisions and demand planning.
- Manage partner account performance, including fund flow and payment collection, to ensure achievement of annual revenue, margin and key commercial KPIs.
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (merchandising, finance, marketing, operations) to support market development and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 57 years of relevant commercial experience in the sports, outdoor or consumer goods industry, with exposure to wholesale or distributor management preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial management, commercial negotiations and partner governance.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and ability to manage multiple markets independently.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-stakeholder management abilities.
- A strong passion for sports and the outdoor lifestyle is essential.
