ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all visual merchandising (VM) activities for Salomon and Descente stores in Singapore, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and a consistent, premium in-store presentation.
- Localize and develop VM guidelines tailored to the Singapore market, in line with global brand standards.
- Implement brand-directed VM concepts and ensure the accurate and timely installation of graphic and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with store teams and cross-functional departments to identify opportunities that enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.
- Support store openings, including VM planning, setup, and execution.
- Manage VM budgets, including the ordering of seasonal props and graphic assets, ensuring adherence to monthly and annual budget limits.
- Oversee the inventory and maintenance of VM materials and props stored in the warehouse, ensuring efficient use and safekeeping.
- Identify potential in-store VM talent and provide training and development programs for upskilling.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- No experience required; candidates with 3+ years of VM experience in retail will have an advantage.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and sports/lifestyle products.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as it facilitates communication with colleagues at the China headquarters.
- Passion for sports is a must
