Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective retail training programs across Singapore for FILA and Wilson brands.
  • Review training frameworks from China Headquarters and localize content to suit the Singapore retail landscape.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops, classroom sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Partner with management to identify training needs, perform annual training analysis, and create a structured training calendar.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify store and staff training gaps and opportunities.
  • Deliver in-store coaching to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer experience.
  • Support talent development initiatives, ensuring staff competencies meet brand and operational standards.
  • Develop and execute Train-the-Trainer programs; create in-store training toolkits to support frontline teams.
  • Conduct regular field coaching, provide detailed reports with actionable insights, and collaborate with Retail and Store Managers on follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate training records (both physical and digital formats).
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with China-based stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, CRM practices, and sportswear/products.
  • Good working knowledge of AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and productivity.
  • Proven strengths in project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
