ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll operations, ensure payroll is delivered in line with internal and external audit guidelines, controls, policies and standards.
- Provide input to the payroll strategy and enforce policies and procedures across market operations, done within the local regulatory context.
- Manage vendor relationships to enable efficient resolution of complex payroll queries.
- Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, providing support & guidance to the team to ensure accurate reporting and payments are produced on time.
- Improve service delivery through continuous process improvement, simplification, standardisation and automation.
- Share best practices and drive consistency to improve operational efficiency and improve accuracy in pay.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation and access controls.
- Lead and manage payroll projects and initiatives, provide subject matter expertise and develop UAT plans as needed.
- Lead vendor and stakeholder meetings in their responsible market, to understand operational issues and improvement opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll operations and HR Shared Services.
- Strong understanding of payroll and tax landscape and regulatory environment in Singapore.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, ability to understand the impact of payroll activity on financial statements and effectively partner with Finance in analyzing and explaining P&L and Balance sheet variances
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HRIS/employee data management would be an advantage
- Strong client service mentality to develop good working relationships with your team, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors
- Ability to handle numerous priorities in a dynamic and growing environment
- High level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leaders
- Experience with Times Software or KNOWapp is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages in order to liaise with colleagues in China headquarters and SEA countries.
