ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, employee referrals, cold calling, industry network, social media channels, external partners and internal databases.
- Conduct talent mapping and analysis, target the suitable talent segments, provide the latest market information to hiring managers.
- Visa applications including work passes, travel & business visas, etc.
- Monitor frontline staff attendance, manage employee payroll according to local CPF and Tax regulations.
- Drive organizational effectiveness which including organization design, capability building, change management, etc.
- Be a partner with every business department, understand business strategy and provide professional HR advices.
- Analyze workforce issues, manage employee relationship and engagement activities.
- Lead various HR initiatives and continue to improve the HR system.
Qualifications
- 510+ years of experience with at least 1 years in a HR managerial role.
- HR full spectrum exposure, extensive involvement in recruitment, performance management employee relations or organizational development is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiar with Singapore's local labour laws.
- High proficiency in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with counterparts in China and other affiliate countries.
