Singapore Financial Tax Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for local financial management in Singapore, establish and improve the financial management system of the Singapore entity, collaborate with headquarters in monthly/annual financial closing (SAP), prepare local financial statements compliant with IFRS standards, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Assist headquarters in completing the declaration and payment of direct and indirect taxes in Singapore; initiate or participate in local tax optimization and compliance projects.
- Support documentation preparation for IHQ tax incentive applications and other local benefit schemes; maintain proactive communication with agencies such as EDB and IRAS.
- Manage transfer pricing documentation in Singapore, ensuring related-party transactions comply with OECD and local regulations.
- Participate in global tax, finance, and IT system projects to drive standardization and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; must possess Singapore-recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, or CPA Australia.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial work experience, preferably in Singapore-based or multinational corporations; experience in building financial systems from scratch is advantageous.
- Familiarity with smart hardware/manufacturing/cross-border e-commerce industries, international trade settlement, export tax refunds, and cross-border tax planning.
- Proficient in IFRS and Singapore tax regulations; able to independently handle GST filings, annual reports, and audit liaisons.
- Skilled in financial software (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); strong system implementation and process optimization capabilities.
- Fluent in English (for local documentation and cross-border communication); strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and resilience.
- Singapore residents or holders of valid work visas (e.g., EP) with long-term work eligibility in Singapore.
新加坡财税专家
岗位职责
- 负责新加坡本地的财务管理,建立并完善新加坡公司的财务管理制度,配合总部进行月度/年度财务结账(SAP),编制符合IFRS准则的本地财务报表,协调内外部审计。
- 配合总部完成公司在新加坡的直接税、间接税的申报、缴纳,参与或者发起新加坡本地财务税务优化或者合规项目。
- 根据IHQ税收优惠政策配合文档准备以及其他优惠政策的申请,并与EDB、税务局、以及其他本地机构保持良好的沟通。
- 管理新加坡的转让定价文档,确保关联交易符合OECD及新加坡法规。
- 参与公司全球的税务、财务、以及信息系统的项目。
任职要求
- 学历与资质: 财务、会计、金融类本科及以上学历,需持有ACCA、CA Singapore或CPA Australia等新加坡认可的专业资质。
- 经验要求: 5年以上财务相关工作经验,具备新加坡本地企业或跨国公司财务经验,有从0到1搭建财务体系经验者优先。 熟悉智能硬件/制造业/跨境电商行业特点,熟悉国际贸易结算、出口退税及跨境税务筹划。
- 专业能力: 熟悉IFRS准则及新加坡财税法规,能独立完成GST申报、年报提交及审计对接。 熟练使用SAP/Oracle等财务软件及数据分析工具(如Excel、Power BI),具备较强的系统搭建与流程优化能力。
- 语言与特质: 英语流利,可作为工作语言(需处理本地公文及跨境沟通);具备良好的商业敏锐度、跨部门协调能力及抗压能力。
- 工作资格:新加坡本地居民,或持有新加坡合法有效工作签证(如 EP),可长期在新加坡工作。
