Singapore Financial Tax Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for local financial management in Singapore, establish and improve the financial management system of the Singapore entity, collaborate with headquarters in monthly/annual financial closing (SAP), prepare local financial statements compliant with IFRS standards, and coordinate internal and external audits.
  2. Assist headquarters in completing the declaration and payment of direct and indirect taxes in Singapore; initiate or participate in local tax optimization and compliance projects.
  3. Support documentation preparation for IHQ tax incentive applications and other local benefit schemes; maintain proactive communication with agencies such as EDB and IRAS.
  4. Manage transfer pricing documentation in Singapore, ensuring related-party transactions comply with OECD and local regulations.
  5. Participate in global tax, finance, and IT system projects to drive standardization and digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; must possess Singapore-recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, or CPA Australia.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial work experience, preferably in Singapore-based or multinational corporations; experience in building financial systems from scratch is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with smart hardware/manufacturing/cross-border e-commerce industries, international trade settlement, export tax refunds, and cross-border tax planning.
  • Proficient in IFRS and Singapore tax regulations; able to independently handle GST filings, annual reports, and audit liaisons.
  • Skilled in financial software (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); strong system implementation and process optimization capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (for local documentation and cross-border communication); strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and resilience.
  • Singapore residents or holders of valid work visas (e.g., EP) with long-term work eligibility in Singapore.

新加坡财税专家

岗位职责

  1. 负责新加坡本地的财务管理,建立并完善新加坡公司的财务管理制度,配合总部进行月度/年度财务结账(SAP),编制符合IFRS准则的本地财务报表,协调内外部审计。
  2. 配合总部完成公司在新加坡的直接税、间接税的申报、缴纳,参与或者发起新加坡本地财务税务优化或者合规项目。
  3. 根据IHQ税收优惠政策配合文档准备以及其他优惠政策的申请,并与EDB、税务局、以及其他本地机构保持良好的沟通。
  4. 管理新加坡的转让定价文档,确保关联交易符合OECD及新加坡法规。
  5. 参与公司全球的税务、财务、以及信息系统的项目。

任职要求

  1. 学历与资质: 财务、会计、金融类本科及以上学历,需持有ACCA、CA Singapore或CPA Australia等新加坡认可的专业资质。
  2. 经验要求: 5年以上财务相关工作经验,具备新加坡本地企业或跨国公司财务经验,有从0到1搭建财务体系经验者优先。 熟悉智能硬件/制造业/跨境电商行业特点,熟悉国际贸易结算、出口退税及跨境税务筹划。
  3. 专业能力: 熟悉IFRS准则及新加坡财税法规,能独立完成GST申报、年报提交及审计对接。 熟练使用SAP/Oracle等财务软件及数据分析工具(如Excel、Power BI),具备较强的系统搭建与流程优化能力。
  4. 语言与特质: 英语流利,可作为工作语言(需处理本地公文及跨境沟通);具备良好的商业敏锐度、跨部门协调能力及抗压能力。
  5. 工作资格:新加坡本地居民,或持有新加坡合法有效工作签证(如 EP),可长期在新加坡工作。
