We are a Singapore-based Precision Engineering company specializing in high precision CNC machining components. Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Setter Cum Programmer to join our production team.

Location: East / West , Singapore
Salary: Gross Salary S$2,850 - S$3,100 OT / Inclusive of OT
Working Arrangement: 5.5

Job Responsibilities

• CNC Milling / CNC Machining Center
  Setup and operate CNC Milling / CNC Machining Center machines

• Mastercam CAD/CAM CNC
  Perform CNC programming using Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software

• G-code / M-code CNC
  Create and modify G-code / M-code programs

• 3 Axis / 4 Axis / 5 Axis CNC Milling
  Setup and operate 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis CNC milling machines

• Cutting Parameters
  Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters

• 
  Ensure machining parts meet engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications

• (In-process inspection)
  Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments

• 
  Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• 
  Work closely with production team to achieve daily production targets

Candidates with experience in the following will have an advantage:

Control Systems

• Fanuc

• Mazatrol

• Siemens

• Mitsubishi Control

CAD / CAM Software

• Mastercam

• SolidCAM

• Fusion 360

• AutoCAD (basic)

Job Requirements

• CNC Milling / Machining Center
  Experience in CNC Milling / Machining Center setup and programming

• Mastercam CAD/CAM CNC Programming
  Familiar with Mastercam or CAD/CAM programming

• 3 Axis / 4 Axis / 5 Axis CNC Milling
  Experience with 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis CNC milling

• GD&T
  Able to read technical drawings and GD&T

• Dial Gauge
  Familiar with precision measuring instruments

• Precision Engineering / Manufacturing
  Experience in precision engineering industry preferred
