About the Role
The Chief of Staff acts as a force multiplier—driving strategic priorities, strengthening governance, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into action, enable effective decision‑making, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partners with the CEO and senior leaders to translate strategy into executable initiatives
- Tracks and drives delivery of enterprise‑wide priorities and transformation programs
- Prepares board‑level and executive presentations, strategy papers, and decision briefs
- Supports Board, Management Committee, and regulatory engagements
- Ensures leadership decisions are documented, communicated, and executed
- Drives alignment across business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, and operations
- Oversees management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews
- Supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partners with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on MAS interactions, audits, and issue remediation
- Supports organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and leadership communications
- Lead confidential, high‑impact projects on behalf of the CEO
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years experience in banking or financial services
- Background in Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or senior management roles
- Strong understanding of regulated environments
- Exceptional stakeholder, communication, and execution skills
