Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and transaction support on structured finance matters, including repackaging transactions and secured lending structures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex structured finance and financing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (including business, risk, and compliance teams) and coordinate with external counsel to support the efficient execution of transactions.
  • Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments relevant to structured finance and advise the business on potential impacts and risk considerations.

Person Specification

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–10 years PQ.
  • Experience in structured finance, securitisation, or complex lending transactions.
  • Strong documentation and negotiation skills with the ability to manage transactions independently.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
