Signage Fabrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

. Supervise daily signage fabrication works and production activities

. Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion

. Ensure fabrication quality meets company and client requirements

. Manage and guide fabrication workers, welders, installers, and subcontractors

. Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings

. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams

. Monitor and procure material usage and report shortages when necessary

. Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of machinery and tools

. Conduct quality checks before delivery or installation

. Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations

. Assist in troubleshooting fabrication or production issues

. Monitor project progress and provide updates to management

. Ensure all works are completed according to deadlines and specifications

Job Requirements

. Minimum 4 years of experience in signage fabrication or related industry

. Experience supervising fabrication or production workers

. Knowledge of signage materials such as acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, LED, lightbox, and vinyl

. Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication drawings

. Familiar with fabrication machinery and workshop operations

. Good communication and coordination skills (English)

. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

. Basic problem-solving and leadership skills

. Possess a responsible and positive working attitude

. Knowledge of workplace safety practices is preferred

. Preferred Skills

. Experience in large format signage production

. Welding or electrical knowledge is an advantage

. Experience coordinating site installation works

. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)

. Working Conditions

. Able to work overtime when required

. Able to work in workshop and site environments

. Physically fit for handling signage production activities
