Requirements
. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sichuan cuisine.
. Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Sichuan cooking techniques.
. Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
. Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards.
. Overseas working experience is an advantage.
