SHOWROOM SUPERVISOR (RETAIL TRADE)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the business performance of store operations
• Drive sales performance of individual stores to achieve company's sales target
• Constantly review store sales numbers and inventory mix
• Ensure the retail operations of the store are in comply with company's image, standard operating procedures and business policies
• Manage customer enquiry, feedback and service recovery
• Work closely with marketing team to implement effective sales and marketing activities including events, roadshows and promotional campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the retail or service line with 3 years of experience will be advantage.
• Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
• Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
• Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
• Able work on weekend
