Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to create a positive first impression and guide them through the showroom to enhance their shopping experience
- Assess customer needs by asking relevant questions and recommend suitable mattress and sleep products to meet those needs
- Communicate the brand story and product benefits clearly to help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Support daily showroom operations by organizing displays, restocking products, and assisting with inventory management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional showroom environment to ensure a welcoming space for customers and staff
- Collect and document customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and product offerings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and confident attitude when interacting with customers and team members
- Show responsibility by being punctual, committed, and willing to learn new skills and take initiative
- Ability to commit to a long-term role is preferred but not mandatory

- Working Hours: Weekdays, 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Compensation: SGD 12 per hour, CPF provided
