Showroom Consultant (Indoor and Outdoor)

Key Responsibilities

 • Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.

 • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

 • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

 • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

 • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

 • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

 • Education: Min Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia

 • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people and build relationships.

 • Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

 • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

 • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
