Create and direct world class shows and performances for Resorts World Sentosa including (but not limited to): Universal Studios Singapore (USS), Singapore Oceanarium (SGO), Adventure Cove Waterpark (ACW), Casino dinners/galas, and other exciting resort-wide projects as required.
Direct and maintain permanently installed select shows in USS (eg. Donkey Live, Transformers, Mel's Stage, Pantages Theatre, Face Characters, Hosts, Skips and Stilts, and Animated Characters as required), including documentation of show notes.
Create and direct marquee events in the resort and liaise with the Producers and Production Management team to execute events.
Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts for shows and events.
Conduct auditions, casting, and talent management for assigned shows.
Drive creative development for daily operational shows and seasonal events, ensuring innovative and engaging content.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Theatre, Performing Arts, Entertainment Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years in the theme park or live entertainment industry, with hands-on experience in directing live performances and leading creative teams.
Proven experience in performing arts, including improvisation, acting, hosting, dancing, singing, or other relevant disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Final Draft.
Skilled in music production and video production software will be a plus (Audacity, Logic Pro X, Ableton, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.).
Able to lead and manage projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
