Shopping Mall Concierge

Job responsibilities:

• Attend to all enquirers and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service

• Handle administrative work related to gift redemption during malls promotional activities, sales of gift vouchers

• Be familiar and well-versed with the malls floor plan, facilities and available services

• To provide directional assistance to shoppers/tourist

• Handle complains and suggestions with professionalism

• Day to day maintain and update database management

• Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk

• Answering incoming call enquirers

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Levels qualification

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays

Working Hours / Location:

• Marine Parade MRT Station

• 5 days work week - rotating shift (11:15am to 9pm)

• Uniform and Training Provided!
