Shopify Plus Technical Support Engineer

Our client is a leading web design and development company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team in presales activities related to Shopify Plus.
. Collaborate with sales executives to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions based on Shopify Plus capabilities
. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Shopify Plus to potential clients.
. Assist in scoping, estimating, and defining project requirements for Shopify Plus implementations.
. Collaborate with the design and development teams to create high-quality proposals, project plans, and statements of work
. Conduct thorough technical evaluations of client requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with Shopify Plus capabilities
. Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures and integration plans.
. Stay updated with the latest features, enhancements, and industry best practices related to Shopify Plus.
. Proactively identify potential technical challenges or limitations and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
. Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and development teams to ensure smooth handover of projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Proven experience (2+ years) in a technical support or presales role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
. Strong knowledge and understanding of Shopify Plus platform and its ecosystem, including themes, apps, and APIs
. Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
. Experience with integrating third-party applications like ERP, CRM, POS, WMS, OMS, IMS, Martech and payment gateways with Shopify Plus.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Familiarity with eCommerce project management methodologies
