You will engage customers by explaining product features and benefits to recommend suitable solutions, maintain merchandise presentation, perform cashier duties, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers by explaining product features and benefits to recommend suitable product solutions
- Maintain merchandise stock levels and arrange products neatly and attractively on shelves
- Build and sustain a loyal customer base by developing strong customer relationships
- Accurately process sales transactions through cashiering duties
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a sales field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build rapport with customers
- Proactive and friendly personality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Availability to work 5.5 to 6 days per week
