Job Description

  • No formal education required ( welcome for all candidates with or without experience).
  • Assist the store in charge with customer service duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Handle cashiering, housekeeping tasks, and product display arrangements.
  • Perform day-to-day store operation activities.
  • Support the Manager with daily operational tasks.
  • Contribute to improving the company's operational systems in collaboration with the management team.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
