Job Summary

Support and manage internal and external communications, exhibitions, and special projects while delivering excellent customer service and sales performance in a creative jewelry environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external correspondences with stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication
  • Coordinate and participate in jewelry exhibitions and events to promote brand presence and engagement
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for assigned special themed projects to ensure successful execution
  • Assist and manage administrative tasks as directed by the Direct Manager to support smooth operations
  • Arrange travel logistics including visas, hotel accommodations, meetings, and calendar management to facilitate business trips
  • Collaborate in crafting promotional and branding advertising scripts to enhance marketing efforts
  • Promote brand awareness by adhering to company brand policies and procedures
  • Learn and apply design concepts and product knowledge related to jewelry and gemstones to support sales and customer inquiries
  • Understand product details, pricing, creative styling, and promotions to confidently advise customers with professional jewelry knowledge
  • Handle jewelry and gemstones with care to maintain product quality and safety
  • Manage sales enquiries and process sales orders across all platforms to drive revenue
  • Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness including store displays to create an inviting shopping environment
  • Keep accurate stock inventory records to ensure product availability and control
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maximize sales by achieving set sales targets and goals through proactive selling and customer engagement
  • Create and maintain personal performance value by continuously improving skills and contributions
